The trenching of a 2000 metre, 450mm wide by 1.3 metre deep trench for the laying of a water main in Narre Warren, Victoria using our Vermeer trencher and digging and laying 300mm series 1 PVC RRJ pipe. The job was completed in three days, including backfilling of the trench with the excavated soil using our excavators.

The trenching of 1000 metres of 200mm wide trench in Launceston, Tasmania using our Toro GPS steering trencher to lay mains to a pivot irrigator. This job required a straight trench as it was adjacent to other previously laid pipes.

The trenching of 12 kilometres of 300mm PVC pipe and fittings between farms in Longford, Victoria, including excavation of a directional bore under a major road. This job also involved the installation and fabrication of stainless steel manifolds at various points along the trench. This job was marked out using the GPS trencher and dug using a fleet of excavators. Challenges on the job include the crossing at depth of major oil and gas pipelines and optical fibres.
